Starting a return
- 1. Email your order number and what went wrong via the contact page.
- 2. We reply within two business days with a prepaid label for exchanges, or return instructions for refunds.
- 3. Refunds land on your original payment method within five business days of arrival.
Custom-sized and numbered limited-run pairs are exchange-only. Hair naturally settles and sheds lightly in the first weeks — that isn't a defect, that's a Sasquatch.
